| its natural for your hands to be able to not keep straight since you are a beginner try keeping your hand stable and control the electric ki in your hand like forming it into a ball ok |

| it will take around 2 weeks for a average beginner but if you practice right you can do it in 1 week |

| You're -kinesis ability is something You have to find on Your own by trying different things and observing how well do You do it, how much fun You have doing it and / or how much attracted You are towards this or that ability. As simple as that. |
