Magnokinesis is the ability to Manipulate magnetic field's and create them to have object's like metal attach to where you create a magnetic field.

Tech#1- Find two magnet's and place them next too each other, then absorb the magnetic field into your body and form it into a ball of magnetic ki in your hand's constantly absorbing and increasing the power of the magnetic field That's how ou absorb the magnetc ki.

Tech#2- Imagine the magnetic ball of ki traveling through your arm's constantly pushing and repeling like a wave of magnetic energy getting stronger as they repel then you can try and mess around with a compass by changing the direction of it or you can try and attract metal object's too yourself after many month's of training.

Tech#3- After trying those tech's try and use your magnetic field to destroy magnetic field's by draining the magnetic ki from magnet's or overcharging magnetic field's.

so is it that we will need magnet every time we want to use this kinesis or we can produce magnetic feilds without magnets............

In the beginning stage you need too draw energy from megnets and once you learn how too that repedeatly you do not need too practice with magnets

I can even draw energy from my bed and do Magnokinesis.
And there is no magnetic Ki. Energy is energy.
