PostSubject: The Trance State and Meditation   Fri May 03, 2013 10:59 am

When we're in a trance (usually), we have much less scattered thoughts and meditation is much easier. It is easier to forget about all of our worries when we're in a trance (this is usually the case). This state also makes it much easier to go to sleep. When in a trance, I tend to fall asleep in minutes. Sometimes seconds, depending on the depth of the trance. A deep trance allows us to have total relaxation and makes meditation easy. So beginners, my advice to you is to get into a trance before trying to meditate. Believe me when I say it will be much easier. There are multiple ways to go about getting into a trance. Google it. My advice is to look at Angelfire/ the Joy of Satan. They have the most effective method. Just go here if you wanna do it their way: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and then click on meditation > power meditations > how to go into a deep trance. This is not very difficult for me, as I have done it a lot and don't normally have trouble going about this. I hope this helps you in your meditation and kinesis practice, as that is why I've posted this. This is specifically for beginners, but if you're advanced you can do it too if you like. Your choice.
